THE Wisco cream dream

Matt and Marie Raboin formed their small business, Brix Cider, back in 2016, and they opened up a production facility and farm to table restaurant in Mount Horeb in 2019. They live on a small farm just south of Mount Horeb where they raise some livestock, and they have always been passionate about supporting the local farming community, buying the apples for their hard cider and the majority of ingredients for the food at their restaurant from Wisconsin farms.
But what could be more Wisconsin than dairy? In late 2024, they got a distilling permit that would allow them to make more than just cider, and in late 2025 they launched Wisco Cream, a cream liqueur made with Wisconsin dairy. They wanted something simple, versatile, rich, and delicious, and Wisco Cream hits all the marks.
And maybe you’ve seen some ads with a milkman? Well that’s our friend Stefan :)
